Yes, when arranged in a ring or any closed shape. But can be easily pushed across a hardwood floor.

Yes. They fit together and are very easy to connect. I bought the one main set with 3 additional extensions.

Q:Combined with the 6-panel play yard, could this be assembled as a square? If so, what would the dimensions be? Can’t find single panel dimensions.

A:

You would need to have a number of sections divisible by 4 in order to make a equal sided quadrangle (square). (4,8,12,16 etc). I am not sure of the demensions of each segment (I don’t have the product near by) but you can take the length of the whole and divide by number of segments. Sorry if this info is obvious. Good luck.

A:

Yes, we had to move our gate position.

A:

Tape measure says 49 1/2 !

91inches long X 41inches wide when in rectangle shape.
It’s a lot of room for 1 1/2 year and younger. It couldn’t contain my son when he hit around two years old though.

A:

No. It doesn’t. It’s made to only fit the Friendly Toys Little Playzone w/ Electronic Sound and Lights, 8 piece. I originally bought the jbw-8 model and returned it. Missing parts. So we ordered the friendly toys model with the two panel extension kit. Very happy with the little playzone model.

It’s pretty small with the one set but extensions are available I bought one set of extensions you made two sets

It worked for me. The yellow pieces just slide into holes on the blue panels

No. It comes with self – adhesive cushions you can apply to prevent scratching.

Q:Can you buy a replacement panel?

A:

When we ordered the Superyard, we ordered two additional panels. They can be used as replacements.

Plastic.

A:

Plastic. Is fairly heavy duty. We have twin 1 year old boys pulling on it and no problems. We bought extra panels to make it bigger.

A:

I think you probably could make a 10-panel play yard without any issues. No idea of what the diameter would be, though.

Yes. We did that but backed one side up to the couch. It didn’t seem as stable as a rectangle.

A:

I would think so. Looking at photos of both colors, I think the panels all have the same connections.

Each panel is about 2′ high and about 34″ long.

Q:Once the extension kit is attached, can it be detached?

A:

Yes. I attach and re-attach pieces all the time. I added them to make my play yard a big square. I took them out to make a smaller pen to put around my Christmas tree…now I have moved it again and have a different configuration to surround the fireplace.

Q:Can you put together more panels than 8; i.e., an 8-panel + 2 extension kits?

A:

I don’t see why not. Just may not be the desired shape you’re going for in the end.

Q:How wide are just the two ext. pieces?

A:

30.5 ” for each one. I also bought the two pieces with one is a swing door. I will be using these to potty train puppies out in the yards. I also use them to block off the stairs.

Q:Can I make a long straight gate if I put these together? I need 9 feet

A:

You could, but it would not offer much stability. I guess it depends on what your need is.

The entire thing is made of plastic.
