“My infant recently started crawling and getting into everything.I bought this gate because I wanted something that could contain him safely while I did household chores, cooked meals and more. This play yard is the perfect solution it is great! I ordered the playpen plus three extension kits and now he has tons of room to crawl around. So far, he has not complained about being in there, unlike his pack and play. Those things are just too small to use for an active baby.
If you buy, I would recommend at least two extension kits. The play wall is fine, but could be improved. My son loves the spinning things above the keyboard, but when he plays with them, he is always inadvertently hitting the keyboard below. Trust me, this can be annoying as the keyboard is a little on the loud side.”

“At a little over a year in age, our twin boys tried to climb over the top of the gate. One went over the gate and landed awkwardly on his head. We thought he had broken his neck. We now closely supervise our children when they go anywhere near the gate. The hinges offer a perfect little ladder and often times they can get over, but do not have the skills to safely land on the other side. It is an awful design and I am not sure what the manufacturers were thinking when they made this one. I could not recommend this for a child that is walking and I would reconsider it before I would buy it for a younger child because they may figure out the built in ladder and get hurt when you finally trust it to keep your child safe. I will not even resell this one online because I would not want someone else’s child to get extremely hurt with it… In my opinion, it deserves two thumbs down.”
